Refund Policy

• Monthly payments are not refundable, including the first payment and renewals.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep your plan's features until the end of the month you already paid for. After that, your account moves back to Free.

• You can cancel at any time and get back the months you haven't started yet.
• The months you've used, including the month you're in when you cancel, are charged at the normal monthly price, not the discounted price of the longer plan. We refund the rest of what you paid.
• Your plan ends at the end of the month you're in. After that, your account moves back to Free.
• If the months you've used already add up to what you paid, there's nothing left to refund.

Example: you pay $79.99 for Premium for a year and cancel during your third month. We keep 3 × $7.99 = $23.97 and refund $56.02.

To cancel and ask for your refund, contact us.

If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after you cancelled, that's our mistake. Contact us and we'll refund the wrong charge.

• If your account is suspended or banned for a short time, your plan keeps running and we don't refund the time you couldn't use.
• If we ban your account for 6 months or longer, or permanently, we cancel your plan. On a monthly plan, the month you're in isn't refunded. On a 6-month or annual plan, we refund the months you haven't started yet, worked out the same way as cancelling above.

Months of Premium, Elite or VIP earned through community rewards or referrals are free gifts. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or a refund.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, we'll honour it.
