Terms of Service

Leengwa ("we", "us") runs the website leengwa.com and the Leengwa service. In these terms, "Leengwa" means both the service and us as its operator.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Leengwa.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts to get around a ban or restriction.

Leengwa works because people treat each other with respect. When you use it, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone, or encourage others to.
• Post hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are.
• Share sexual content, graphic violence, or anything involving minors in an inappropriate way.
• Spam, advertise, scam, or impersonate other people, staff or organisations.
• Share other people's private information without their permission.
• Record or broadcast rooms without the consent of the people in them.
• Break the law, or try to hack, overload or interfere with the service.

Our moderators and room hosts help keep Leengwa safe. Depending on how serious a problem is, we may remove content, warn you, mute you, remove you from rooms, suspend your ability to host or join rooms, or ban your account temporarily or permanently. Room hosts and co-hosts can manage their own rooms, including removing people from them.

If you think a decision about your account was a mistake, contact us.

You own what you post. By posting it on Leengwa, you give us permission to host, store and show it to the people it's meant for, so the service can work. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

• Some features are only available on paid tiers. What each tier includes is shown in the app and may change over time.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops future renewals.
• Plans are billed monthly, every 6 months or yearly. Monthly payments are not refundable. If you cancel a 6-month or annual plan, you get back the months you haven't started, with the months you used charged at the monthly price. The same applies if we ban your account for 6 months or longer. See our Refund Policy for the details.

We work hard to keep Leengwa running smoothly, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we may change, add or remove features. If you find a problem, please report a bug.

To the extent the law allows, Leengwa isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for what other users say or do.

You can stop using Leengwa at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. When we make important changes, we'll let you know in the app. If you keep using Leengwa after that, you accept the new terms.
